IMPORTANT: These items do not ship well. They do not come with external boxes for protection, so are shipped flat (wrapped in pallet cling). This means they are prone to damage due to the nature of this product. It's highly recommended that you do not purchase this item for shipping. But if you choose to do so, you are acknowledging that any damage occured during shipping is not covered by The Traders, and we will not provide exchanges or refunds for the product or the postage fees. Sometimes damage claims can be performed through the couriers, but that is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and The Traders will not create or follow up on these claims.
