Who We Are

The Traders Australia was started in 2019 as a side-hustle, buying a case of blaster boxes from the USA because we wanted to open a couple ourselves, and then selling off the rest.

Then came the opportunity to create our own brand of storage supplies like sleeves, magnetics and toploaders, etc. We went to the manufacturers and hunted down the highest-grade versions of the "big brand" supplies, and chose a material grade higher than theirs. Why? To make sure we were giving Australia the very best. We weren't aiming for the cheapest, but the best.

Off the back of great success with our supplies brand, the shop was born. Over the next few years we progressed from a little warehouse office space in Brooklyn to a full-fledged retail shop and warehouse in Deer Park where we operated until late 2026. 

Sadly, with the popularity of NBA, Pokemon, One Piece and other cards, the rise in crime started to dominate the news headlines. Our humble little shop was broken into 4 times in a span of 6 months, and we finally said enough was enough. With great sadness we decided to close the retail store to the public and move to an anonymous location where our stock would be secure. We've missed all of our regular customers and friends, and all the kids' faces when they open a pack of their favourite cards. However we've not closed the business at all - we still operate online 24/7/365, and we still attend as many card shows as we can. So hopefully we see you all at a card event soon!
